Pole system that projects from the lowest level of home through the roof to provide attachment for personal fall arrest system for up to 2 workers per horizontal lifeline (up to 6 workers); 2 poles can be installed for attachment for horizontal lifeline for 2 workers. Protects workers from both interior and exterior falls during many phases of home construction.

Pole base is attached to bottom cement floor using 4 each 3/8 x 4 Simpson TITEN HD anchors or to sub-floor using adapter plate and 4x j-bolts. The 1st 10' section is lifted by 2 workers or power lift and slid into place on the base. As the house advances additional 5' sections are added atop the 10' section. If using 2 poles for a horizontal lifeline, the side steadying cables are installed per manufacturer's detailed directions. If pole extends beyond 32' high, bracing is required under the base. Warning: Users must strictly adhere to the manufacturer’s inspection, installation, maintenance and use directions; and must follow local, state and federal safety regulations. Structural member must be able to support 5000# force. Failure to do so could result in serious injury or death. |
